3. Free Plan
Building and previewing your app is free and needs no account, and apps you build may be used for personal and commercial projects alike. Downloading the finished app is covered by the one-time unlock in section 4. Fair-use build limits apply (currently 3 builds per verified email per hour, higher for paying customers) and may change to keep the service free for everyone.

4. Download Unlock (Paid)
A one-time unlock releases the download of the apps you build, and apps you download carry no Free App Maker branding. Building and previewing stay free and unlimited — there is no cap on how many apps you build — subject only to the fair-use rate limits in section 3. Elsewhere on this site this unlock is also called the splash removal unlock. The fee is a one-time payment, set fairly by country and always shown before checkout — ₹299 INR in India, R$49.90 BRL in Brazil, and between $4.99 and $29 USD elsewhere. The unlock attaches to your verified email address and applies to apps you have built and apps you build afterwards. It is a licence to use this software feature, sold by KCF LLC and processed by Stripe; it is not a subscription and does not renew. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. See Pricing for full details.

6. Play Store Pack (Paid Product)
The Play Store Pack is a one-time paid product: we prepare and send you the files Google Play requires, and you make the submission yourself from your own Play Console. It includes the Android App Bundle (AAB) that Google Play requires for new apps, your app signing key, a hosted privacy policy page at a public address, the store graphics at Google’s required sizes, prepared answers for the content rating and Data Safety questionnaires, and a step-by-step upload guide. Everything is generated automatically and emailed to you, normally within minutes of payment. The price is set by country and is always shown before checkout. Eligibility is checked before payment, and apps we can already see Google would refuse are not offered the Pack.
What you do. You need a Google Play developer account in your name. Google charges a one-time US$25 registration fee for that account, paid directly to Google — it is not included in our price. You create the app in your own Play Console, upload the bundle, paste in the prepared answers and submit it. We never ask for your Google password and we do not need access to your account.
The 12-tester requirement is yours. If you register a new personal developer account, Google requires at least 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days before you may apply for production access. Those must be twelve genuine people with their own Google accounts. A Google Play organisation account is not subject to that requirement; our guide sets out both routes. We do not supply testers, and we advise you not to create accounts for that purpose — doing so breaches Google’s policies and can cost you the developer account.
Your signing key. We keep a copy of your signing key and its password on our servers so that we can re-send them if you lose them. We never share them with anyone and never use them to publish or update anything ourselves. You can ask us to delete our copy at any time by writing to support@freeappmaker.org; once deleted, nobody — not Google, not we — can recover it, so keep your own copy safe before you ask.
No guarantee of approval. Because you make the submission, the outcome of Google’s review is not ours to control or to promise, and we make no representation that your app will be approved or published. If Google declines your app or asks for a change to the files we sent, we regenerate those files once, free of charge; this does not make Google’s decision a refundable event. Google’s review usually takes up to a further 7 days and is entirely outside our control.
Refunds. If the files we send are wrong, incomplete or unusable, tell us and we will correct them or refund you in full. We do not refund because Google declined your app, because your website’s content or the standing of your Play Console account caused a refusal, or because you changed your mind after receiving working files. Refunds are made by hand to the original payment method.
